This doc outlines how Enki provides a truly customized learning experience for each of your employees.

Intro & context

Employees are assigned modules along a personalized learning plan depending on their needs.

Each module is 4 weeks long, is fully customized to each employee's schedule, and the experience includes:

1. Interactive exercises (completed during weeks 1-2):
   • short lessons combining text, images and short videos
   • interactive practice questions
2. A customized project (completed during weeks 3-4)
3. Continuous guidance from their coach via async chats and 1:1 calls.
